1. WHAT CAN I DO ?

If you have an E-Mail only account or do not want to spend your time online, then Bob Rankin's Guide to the Internet by E-Mail might be your choice. It shows how various services can be used via e-mail. However, this guide requires that you are familiar with how to use e-mail. If you aren't so far, then please have a look at how to use e-mail.
